Gah. My sunburn is peeling >.> So nasty.

Right now I'm once again trying to manipulate things so that I can have my cake and eat it too. You see, my parents insisted on paying for may airfare to AI-Con a while back, but it seems they have forgotten of this seeing a discussion with them earlier involved them asking how I was going to pay for it. There's no way in hell I'm reminding them of their offer seeing as how they've flown me up for Brisbane and everything- I'd feel way too selfish. However, they said they'd pay for me to go there instead of getting me a Christmas present. And I highly suspect that present could be one of those suitcases to take your keyboard on the plane considering some of the questions they've been asking and how they know I've been fawning over it.

So. I get paid next Wednesday. I could use some of this for airfare, leaving me with about -$20 in my bank account. But then how the hell would I pay for accommodation or obtain spending money? I mean hell, I'm barely scraping by as it is, I don't need to be even MORE broke.

On the other hand... I really wanna bring my keyboard down with me so I can teach myself how to play it properly TT___TT Bah. I've printed out sheet music but I'm doing a real shit job reading it. I can hardly read bass cleff, and all those sharps and flats just confuse the hell outta me. What I really need to do is sit down with some on-line tutorials and get back into the swing of things. Not that I'd have the time and practice up here to be able to do so, and I'm so sick of only being able to play half of "Forever Love" decently. *eyes "Endless Rain", "Say Anything" and "Rusty Nail" anxiously* So I really wanna take my keyboard down with me >.<

Gah. Damn you monies >.

Waaah! I'm half-thinking of coming up to Sydney next year for a couple of days, seeing as with me being busy all of Manifest and skipping Animania I didn't get to catch up with some of my friends. Maybe we can hit the ol' Kinokuniya XD
