NO CUT FOR PEOPLE WHO WISHED TO BE SPARED THE TRAUMA!

So I've been marathoning The Daily Show and Colbert Report instead of studying my journalism subjects. Lol, irony.

I spent most of today sleeping off dearly beloved [livejournal.com profile] faith_chann 's parteh. Random boozing ftw <3 Everyone was looking kinda wasted by the time we left so I hope you're all hangover free. Luffs!

Mmm, having no more classes feels SO GOOD. I still have a two hour exam on the 4th to study for, which makes my insides reel - or maybe that's just vodka - but it's nice to have some downtime after a summer of classes. And after my exam I get a whole three weeks all to myself! <3 <3 <3

I feel suitibley tipsy after [livejournal.com profile] sweetphaex 's parteh (happy birthday, young one!). Despite the awful humidity - something I'm sure [livejournal.com profile] faith_chann and [livejournal.com profile] bleedingxpaints were enjoying with their 25864586324 pettis - it was a good night and many an interesting converstaion was had, including but not limited to cute little aborted fetuses and nuking Cairns. Too bad I didn't get any pictures of the game of Nude Twister.

Oh, and some good news for my fellow importers- as of today, the dollar buys 56 yen so now you can start saving money to put towards your future instead of spending it all on animu/brand/naked resin schoolgirls! Isn't that great? When you're old and wrinkly you'll be saying, "Gee, I'm so glad I saved all my money instead of going on a trip to Japan! Now I can buy enough beans to last me until I die in two weeks from cancer of the ass!" I can't wait 'til that day comes, but for now I must settle with putting my fist through my monitor. Hm. So that's what exposed veins look like.

I FINALLY GOT A NEW DIGITAL CAMERA, YES! It only took 9 months @_@ And so, let me present you with some pics from yesterday which involved crepes, The Chaser and your standard Valley culture (read- 'ey brudda, got a dollah?).

Nom. Sadly my battery died before they stripped down to their undies and started dancing freakishly around an inverted cross. So much lamb's blood, there was.

After Catlin and I left poor little Jess to fend off hobo-rapists all by her lonesome, we headed off to the Tivoli to see The Chaser's book launch/Q & A session.

I was annoyed (though not surprised) by the obligatory morons who asked hi-larious questions and were all "HAY GUYZ LOOKIT ME I ARE FUNNI 2!!!!!11LOLWAT". Oh well, abortion jokes were enough to keep me lolling.

And I hate to bring down the tone of this post, but today Dad got some rather worrying news from the doctor. Apparently it "looks like" he's in the early stages of Parkinson's Disease. This would explain his shakey hands. I think I'm gonna crank my speakers up now to drone out the anxiety ._.
