Pros of grieving:

*Lose 5kg in 1 week
*Become slightly more outgoing to compensate for the fact that you are rotting from the core
*Sleep is now optional
*Who needs cuddles when you can study to get good grades? /Chinese exchange student
*Losing interest in flamboyant hobbies increases normality
*No more stress because nothing matters
*Cold pit of despair and loneliness is cheaper to rent than a flat

Now if my house burns down, my family die in a plane crash and Family First wins the election, I'll finally be able to wear outfits from Supre!

It's weird how when you get older you get more family orientated. I think a lot of people just don't want to be lonely when they get old and grey.

What, no 9/11 Jenga? But yeah, I was saving my Green Tea liquor to have on a special night with Matt, but maybe it would go to better use playing boardgames. I'm only at uni Mondays, Tuesdays and every second Wednesday if you want to break out the boardgames and booze. It would be a nice distraction.

I missed some class because I just felt that there was no point in doing anything, but I'm slowly managing to force myself back into it. In retrospect breaking up a week before holidays ended was a bad idea, but better than midway through the semester I guess. It feels really weird leaving the campus for the day and not calling Matt or going over to his place. We were joined at the hip and there's a huge void where he used to be that I still can't accept in my head. Maybe I can fill it with le booze, lawl.

Thanks for the sentiments. Not sure if I'm going to make it to high tea because at this stage everything's still such a fucking effort and I associate lolita with the relationship. But I would like to see you in those sailor hot pants some day <3

You could see me out of them. DO HO HO. srs.

I forgot about rsvping/rostering off for high tea, so yeah/ But if you do end up going, I might catch you afterwards.

I want to have kids so i can shape them to what i want, ha. *typical asian parent puts kid in piano lessons at 2 yrs old*.. But yeah, I think it is a pretty amazing thing/I wouldn't want to miss out on that life experience.

9/11 jenga sounds awesome. But I can't afford two sets.

Better than at the start of the holidays too, because then you wouldn't have other things to distract yourself with... Is there anything else you can do after class or whatever? That void will become a distant memory in the future... Don't let that stop you from doing other things though. You were a lolita before you met him though...

I used to always watch anime with my bf after class, and when he dumped me i pretty much stopped watching except for a couple specific things, and then fell out of it even moreso when my next bf didn't approve of downloading things. Which is kind of sad since I missed a lot of good stuff . Then I became lolita and didn't wanna be a weeaboo anymore. But now I watch anime (GOOD anime) again and it's pretty fantastic.

At least you could get a really thorough tan in them!

Shaping kids is fun, plus you can mold them so they don't make the same screw-ups their predecessors did growing up. I'd raise mine as a militant atheist and send him to catholic school for teh lulz. But I think a lot of it is the sense of family and having your own "tribe" once you pump out a crotchling.

It's true that I was a lolita before my darling Matt, but it just became a million more times when I was doing it with him (lol), you know? More special. You know how it feels when you dress up for a guy.

I kinda miss anime sometimes for the social aspect, but it's hard to sort through the shit. But LOL at not approving of downloads. Hope that guy never taped an episode of The Simpsons.

I replied to a flyer at the student centre, lol. If you search for TESOL on the UQ website, you'll get their page. But you're not going to get an hour a week. More like a few hours a month, and that's just in the holiday period because that's when unis do exchange stuff. I haven't had a shift since February ;_;
