A buyer on eBay is giving me grief and now I need "a report (such as an invoice or an evaluation) from a professional, independent source that details the damage, alteration, or missing parts regarding your returned merchandise", complete with contact details from the people who did the report.
The story: They claimed the book was not as described and have sent it back to me with fucking tears and creases to get a refund -_-;
