Another dawn.
I love that quiet, grey moment just before the sunrise, so long as I'm not waking up to it.
Going out to visit Mum today, as has become the norm for my Saturday mornings. Hopefully I won't be falling asleep under my parisol; stupid fucked up sleep patterns >.<
...
Anyone got any tips for staying alert and full of energy? I hate coffee and the energy drinks don't do a thing :(

Date: 2007-04-27 08:39 pm (UTC)Aside from that, try eating an apple in the morning. They're pretty good at waking you up. Foods like grains and things are also both high energy and slow-releasing, so they can keep you going for longer. Cereals, grainy breads and if you must those energy/breakfast bar things.
This, I suppose, is why breakfast is 'the most important meal'.
