I suppose the thing you need to bear in mind in regards with streaming in Australia, is the fact that the costs per hour (MB) can actually eat into most people's caps, and pretty severely.
If it's an hour or two, you're usually okay, but if you need to clear 1mbit (Like the stuff I do) up, you can chew through about 4GB an hour. (For a rough idea, 1mbit (You need about 100kb/s up to achieve this, is 4GB an hour), 500kbit is 2GB an hour, etc, etc.)
Given the fact that your capping can be anywhere between 3 and 120GB a MONTH, yeah, it can hurt, if you're hoping to get people to watch it on a regular basis.
