Welcome home?

All of a sudden the Manifest mailing list got infinatley busy. I had over twenty from them in my Inbox this arvo, then when I checked back now, there were 44 new ones! *dies*

Anyway. Looks like I sailed into Brizzy just in time, as sefieslj informed me that Melbourne is suffering high winds and hail. I saw it on an ad for the news tonight- so bad! The plane ride up was pretty uneventful which is a good thing, however there was frost on the walls of the flying machine. I could scrape it off with my fingernail! I don't think that's a good sign at all! And it certainly doesn't help my fear of flying.

Mum was all teary as I disembarked the flight, and upon entering my room, I was met with eight showbags from the Ekka. Goddam, I wish they hadn't spent that much money on me!! Oh well, at least I have plenty of lollies to bring back with me. After eating bugger all recently, and nothing that day, I pretty much inhaled half a pizza for dinner. It was not a pretty sight.

After getting used to being home again, and after sleeping in 'til 1, we went grocery shopping and Mum and I made some vegitarian "meat"balls for dinner. They actually came out rather well, so joy! Also called Mel-chan. The poor girl has bronchitis, so I won't get to see her 'til next week. The folks are taking me out to good ol' Kedron Wavell tomorrow though, so I'm happy.

And I have a semi-decent web connection! It may be 56k, but it's sturdy as a rock!

Unfortunatly I still have work to do on this holiday. Karaoke stuff and the like. *sighs and prods it* Blaaaah... I really wanna see Adam. Damn him and his having a job >.> Makes it so hard to see him! I even got him a transvestite teddy bear for his birthday.

I wonder if I've changed since I used to live here. I think I've become a lot more... out there, I suppose. I guess that's a bad thing.
