I'm getting to know Melbourne well enough that I'm not surprised that Footscray's had an invasion of rats. (Footscray... that sounds like some kind of repulsive desease...)

Speaking of rats, I've been informed Mel-chan's pet rat (Sakura) was put to sleep the other day. The poor thing was ridden with ulsers. I've known Sakura-chan almost as long as I've known Mel, so it was a shame to hear such news.

Didn't do a great deal today. Went into the city intending to put in resumes but was distracted by shops ^^; I was wearing kitsunesakurano's beanie around last night; I used to think they'd look pretty bad on me, but if nothing else it was quite warm o.o Now I'm intent on getting one (prefferably with the little horns!). Yeah, I'm still getting used to the cold; last night I slept in my sleeping bag with a doona and a fluffy blanket on top of me. *pines for her fanheater*
