There was no coaxing, I got told if I didn't do these subjects I wouldn't finish my degree. They were the last subjects I had to do, which were Scriptwriting 2, and some bullshit called Narrative and Interactive Practice. All those subjects involved an insane group project with people who seemed to be actually retarded and had no creative ability whatsoever. Made me very sad, and I'd attempted the subjects in previous years and dropped out of them because, like you said in your recent post, I found them hard and scary and I hid away from them and the people in my group like a little kid.
So I attempted them again last year, dropped out the exact same way, and said to myself, "Fuck this, I don't need a degree." And I'm hopefully never going to be stupid enough to attempt those subjects a third time :D
