What I want you to say is tell him, "If things don't improve, I'll have to ask you to move out for my own sake," but I understand how hard that is to say to a family member, especially when he's all you've got left, pretty much :/ But the question you should ask yourself is, would you be happier with him in your daily life, or without him but visiting often?
