Does anyone know what happened RE: Westboro's (aka GOD HATES FAGS) planned picketing at the bushfire memorial service? It was due to wrap up a couple of hours ago. There's nothing being said on news sites which likley means that either people didn't want to give them the attention or they were just plain refused access to the event (hopefully the latter). My Google-fu is prooving weak and I'm very anxious to know how this all panned out.

Yurr I watched some of the service thingo on tv today and saw no Phelps, how disappointing. But if they weren't allowed in thats pretty cool too, they spend so much on flights.

I dunno, nobody seems to have heard what happened there, so I guess it was a non-event. I'm glad that there's been no media discussion of it, actually; the less attention that group gets, the less power they have.
