The ones I've seen over here are all from shitty African countries and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM has been the kind that yells stuff in the street/has a smell you can see/cracks onto females walking by/is just plain wretched. And yes, most of them have asked if they can come back to my place.
A few days ago I ran into a delightful old Japanese man who was down on his luck. He was lying on the floor at a trainstation crying out obscenities with his trousers around his knees. He had an erection. He was still more dignified than aforementioned Africans.

As for strange people - photographers, black people, old men - just ignore them or turn your nose up at them as you walk past. Better still, yell "Chikan" (sexual harassment) and run off! Don't give any emails. What happened to the tough soapbox Brissie bitch? If guys speak English to you, tell them to fuck off in plain English and walk away. Hiding in convenience stores, shopping centers, and train stations is best.
