=_=;

So I had to quit my job.

HELL YES, I'm awesome.

Lifting 12 kilo loads and constantly bending over was hurting my back so badly I could barely stand. At first I assumed it was just the expected stiffness that comes when you start using previously unheard of muscles, but it got worse and worse 'til I made THE CALL to tell them I was regaining my title of job seeker.

Fuck. My first ever STABLE job and I had to quit. I feel about three inches tall right now.

:(

Which store was it?

You could have always just done what everyone else does and not turned up for 3 shifts in a row. (though that only works if they try to call you about it)

My back hurt quite a lot for the first, oh... 6-7 weeks after I started.

Lifting 12 kilo loads sounds like an OHS issue. Good luck within bad luck you quit; better to lose a back-breaking job than to lose the ability to do ~any~ jobs. But it sucks that it came to that.
