SWEET MOTHER OF HOLY CRAP, THEY OPENED A BREAD TOP AT CHERMSIDE!
Delicious Chinese yeasty creations are now available north of the border and it makes me so happy. If you feel the need for a green tea bun or taro cake, do stop by there. It's a bit more expensive than in Melbourne, but you can still get plenty of bunly goodness for under $5. I personally have a raging hard-on for the French onion twist <3
Speaking of which, I caught up with Matt outside that very store today and saw him walking towards me with a big bag. I was soon overcome by a sweet fragrance as he presented me with a bunch of ten log-stemmed roses along with a cute little card and a pack of Cruisers to help me relax from all these assignments that have been riding my ass. It was a lovely surprise and now my house smells of beautiful red roses :D And so we smooched in front of Bread Top for what felt like ages.
Today was a good day.

So much better than that dodgy Chinese bakery in the Valley that has had the same wedding cake in the window since before the birth of Beiber.
