NYE- oh snap

Are there any... uh... high parks around/near the city ? As in, a park/flat area on a hill where you can park and watch the fireworks in relative peace while drinking vodka from a flask? I refuse to associate with the masses in the city and have some douche spill beer on my burando a la last year.
