Drawing from experience
I like to draw.
It's soothing and helps calm the mind. Even if what you draw doesn't turn out how you envisioned, it's still a valuable learning experience that will help you build skills in the future. Anyone can draw if they have the commitment.
It gives you a certain sense of power when you can create your own worlds upon a blank sheet of paper; to those little doodles, you are God.
My own artistic skills still need to be improved upon, but I'm not worrying about that right now. It makes me happy that I can create works good enough to give to friends as gifts, and sometimes even earn a bit of pocket money with.
So to you, my friends, I leave you this gift from the heart and hand. This is my way of saying "Merry Christmas" to you in the best way I know how.
