I try to encourage people not to refuse 'happy pills' for whatever reason (and there are a few), because I know how much they can help. But that's a "do as I say, not as I do" - I'm too scared of drugs to even take painkillers most of the time.

No, I've never looked into natural medicine, actually. Wonder why I didn't think of that before. Hmmm.
